Easy & Natural DIY Facial Scrub

This do-it-yourself facial scrub is easy to make, plus it’s all natural! It leaves the skin looking radiant and clear and feeling smooth and silky.

Jojoba oil is packed with nutrients such as vitamin E and fatty acids to moisturize the skin. It’s also great at dissolving sebum deposits that cause acne due to its antibacterial properties.

Exclusively from New Zealand, manuka honey is an all-in-one skin savior as it nourishes, relieves redness, fights wrinkles, and heals acne.

Oatmeal soothes sensitive, irritated skin and leaves it feeling clear and soft. Oatmeal is also known to naturally brighten the skin tone and fight hyperpigmentation. It also contains saponin, a natural cleansing agent, that gently lifts away dirt and sebum.

Lavender essential oil is perfect for all skin types as it moisturizes, fights wrinkles, heals acne, fades scars, and soothes irritation and redness.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of jojoba oil

  • 1 tablespoon of manuka honey

  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal

  • 5 drops of lavender essential oil

Add your jojoba oil into a mason jar then add the rest of the ingredients, stirring frequently.

We recommend using this facial scrub once a week to reveal brighter, cleaner skin.

To follow up after using any facial scrub, apply toner to close the pores and balance pH. Add moisture back to the skin with a sheet mask. We recommend using Leaders Coconut Gel Mask with Tomato since coconut gel masks are 10 times more moisturizing compared to cotton masks. Tomato contains lycopene which helps strengthen the skin's’ barrier, fight wrinkles, and brighten the overall appearance of the skin.
