RETURNS + EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unhappy with your products we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of the package. Please read the following instructions carefully before returning your item(s). We value safety and cannot accept any returned packages that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returned products that do not meet the return criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Shipping charges are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To intiate the return, please send an email to support@leadersus.com explaining why you would like to return or exchange your product. You will be contacted by one of our team members to see if you are eligible for a return.
  2. Once the return has been approved, please pack your products along with the sales receipt. Clearly mark "RETURN" on the outside of the packaging to expedite processing.
  3. Ship to the following address within 2 weeks from receipt of return approval:

  4. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
