RETURNS + EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are unhappy with your products we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of the package. We value safety and cannot accept any returned packages that have been opened, used, or tampered with. All sale items are non-returnable. Returned products that do not meet the return criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Shipping charges are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact us at support@leadersus.com within 2 weeks of order date.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To initiate the return, please send an email to support@leadersus.com to obtain a return authorization number (RNA) with the following information: order number, your full name, product to be returned, and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return form and an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Once the return has been approved, please pack your products along with the receipt. Clearly mark "RETURN" on the outside of the packaging to expedite processing.
  3. Ship to the following address within 2 weeks from receipt of return approval:

  4. Please allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.
