Important: Returns require authorization first. Packages sent without a return authorization may not be accepted.
Only items purchased on leaderscosmeticsusa.com can be returned or exchanged through us.
Shipping Policy (U.S. only)
Orders ship in 2–5 business days
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Tracking
- Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment (excluding weekends/holidays).
- During site-wide sales, orders may ship 1–2 weeks after the sale period due to high volume.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and untampered.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy+
- Exchanges are accepted on items purchased on leaderscosmeticsusa.com only, up to 30 days after purchase.
- Include the item(s) and your receipt, and write exchange instructions on the receipt.
- If there is a cost difference, customer service may contact you for additional details.
- Return shipping & handling is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged — see below).
- Empty containers cannot be accepted for exchange.
Damaged Products+
If your item arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Items may not be replaced after 7 days.
How to Start a Return (Step-by-step)
Authorization required-
Email support@leadersus.com to request authorization. Include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Product(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
We’ll provide a return form and authorization details.
- Include a copy of your receipt (or packing slip) in the package.
- Pack items securely (preferably in original packaging) and clearly mark “RETURN” on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return (prepaid) to:

Brea, CA 92821 - Keep your tracking number. Refunds/exchanges can only be processed after the return is received and inspected.
Return Processing Timeline
- Returns are processed after inspection and confirmation of receipt.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks after our office receives your return for processing.
- Credits are issued to the original payment method (or as requested).
- Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Do not mail packages C.O.D. (they will not be accepted).
Shipping fees: Return shipping/handling charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Purchased from an authorized retailer or another website? Please return items to the original place of purchase.
