Chrissy Teigen’s Bronzed Glow At The VMAs — Get The Exact How-To

Chrissy Teigen made barely-there makeup a major statement at the 2015 MTV VMAs with her tanned, dewy skin and nude lips. What did you think of the model’s award show beauty?

Makeup Artist Mary Phillips created Chrissy’s bronzed-to-perfection skin and soft makeup, and gave us the step-by-step how-to on getting her look for yourself:

1) To create the right shade, layer up Giorgio Armani foundations, starting with Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation followed by Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in #12, which Mary calls the “anchor” or the bronzy skin. Finish by layering on Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in #10.

2) Highlight your cheekbones, brow bones, Cupid’s bow and bridge of the nose with Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in #7.

3) For her soft eyes, Mary used Giorgio Armani Eye and Brow Maestro #2 in Wenge Wood, which is a grey brown shade with subtle hints of mauve. Then coat lashes in Buxom Lash Mascarain Black.

4) For her nude lip, Mary used Giorgio Armani Lipstick Rouge d’Armani in Beige 102 with Bite Beauty Cinnamon Plumping Lip Oil on top for a just-bitten effect.
