USA SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to domestic costumers on orders totaling over $50 (before tax).

You can view your shipping options when checking out. Please note, we do not ship to countries outside of the US.

Standard (3-10 business days) — $5.95 flat rate
Priority 2 Day (3-4 business days) — $9.95 flat rate
Priority 1 Day (2-3 business days) — $16.95 flat rate

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

*During site wide sales, orders will ship one to two weeks after sale period due to high volume orders. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER (applies to USA orders only)

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email which will include the shipping details and tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show on the carrier's website.

EASY RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your products we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of the package. Please read the following instructions carefully before returning your item(s).

Prior to returning your product(s), an authorization is required. Any items sent to us without a return authorization number (RNA) will not be accepted.

We value safety and cannot accept any returned packages that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returned products that do not meet the return criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

Shipping charges are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Obtain a return authorization number (RNA), via telephone, by calling 213.788.3597, Monday through Friday, 10AM - 5PM PST, or e-mail us with the following information: order number, your full name, product to be returned, and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return form and an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number.

2. Include a copy of the sales order and the return form.

3. Pack the product(s) in the original packaging and clearly write "RETURN" on the outside of the package.

4. Mail the return, within 2 weeks from receipt of the return authorization number to:
